For the printer – you must verify if it is in the sleep mode, power saving mode or if it is turned off. Check if the wireless icon on the printer is lit – it should be steady or blinking. If the light is not on, press the wireless button. Check if the cable is connected to the Ethernet port and the printer for a wired connection. The orange activity light should be on. Ensure that the installed app is compatible and supports the relevant printing options. Check the router frequency bands and if they can operate in 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
